When a user register for any event and makes the payment for event participation fee, it is considered as an order against the services provided by the Service Provider. For a successful payment, user will receive an email confirming the payment. In case the payment is unsuccessful the user’s order will remain unconfirmed, and the user can not avail any services from the Service Provider. However, the user can retry the with other payment methods to complete his / her order.
The successful invoice receipt of the payment by Service Provider confirms the user’s order (event participation) in the event, and the user can collect his / her entry badge on the day of the event.
Service Provider does not require any shipping against the services offered to the user.
No shipping charges are levied by the Service Provider against any participation fee collected by the Service Provider.
For any event registration by the user and subsequent payment for participation fee, the user shall visit on the date of the event to avail the services. The user shall make his / her own accommodation and travel arrangements at his / her own expenses to visit the venue of the event. The user is not entitled for any reimbursements or any claim regarding any expenses incurred for visiting the event.
