Cancellation Policy

Any user who has registered for participation under any event and has paid the participation fee will not have an option to cancel their registration.
However, the user who has successfully paid the event participation fee may request for nomination of any other user to attend the event on his / her behalf. Such nomination request is non-binding on the event organiser / Service Provider.

Refund Policy

The event participation fee once paid is non-refundable.
Event organizer / Service Provider may issue refund in special cases upon its own discretion and the same shall be processed within 4 weeks from the successful completion of cancellation formalities, however, the service provider shall approach the said user for feedback and to resolve any issue / concern resulting in the cancellation request.
